PAYMENT POLICY
Your payment in full is due before the first day of your scheduled lesson. Payment guarentees your lesson time. Please make your payment promptly.

CLASS CONTINUATION POLICY
In order to guarantee the same scheduled lesson time for your future sessions, please confirm your continuation at least two weeks in advance. Your reservation is ensured when you make your payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. If not, lessons cannot be rescheduled and lesson fees are forfeited. Lessons can only be canceled and/or rescheduled by contacting the Head Above Water office by phone.

RAINY DAY POLICY
Lessons will be taught on rainy days (children find it fun to swim in the rain) unless Head Above Water determines that weather conditions are unsafe (i.e. lightning is present). Lessons will be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of Head Above Water.
